 All students are required to wear our Act 1 Dance attire to class, paired with the proper shoes and shorts/leggings. Students in any BALLET class must wear a pink or black leotard or our Act 1 Dance printed leotards. Please label your dancers shoes with their name.

Hair must be neat and kept out of the face for ALL classes.



Our annual recital is typically the 3rd or 4th Saturday in June. All students are encouraged to perform, as we prepared for the routines in class. Tickets go on sale in May and are sold on a first come first serve basis. All seating is reserved.  Nonrefundable costumes fees are about $100 per costume, split between a deposit and a balance. Costume deposits are due at the end of November with final balance due at the end of February. Costumes will be distributed once paid in full.

It is in the best interest of the school and each individual student that they are placed in a class for which she or he is best suited. 



Parents are not permitted to sit in the classroom during class; however, parents are welcome to wait in the waiting room. Act 1 Dance is a non-smoking facility.
